The role
Are you experienced in building high‑impact partner ecosystems and driving growth through indirect sales?
As Channel Sales Director, you will lead the country channel strategy, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue through our partner network.
Do you thrive on building strategic partnerships and scaling revenue through a strong, well-enabled channel network?
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strong alignment between channel initiatives and overall business goals.
What you’ll be responsible for
Define and execute the country channel sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Identify, onboard, and develop strategic channel partners to expand market reach
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted point of contact
Drive revenue growth through clear targets, joint selling initiatives, and partner enablement
Monitor channel performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Collaborate closely with direct sales teams to ensure alignment and avoid channel conflict
What we need to see from you
Strong experience developing and managing channel or partner programs
Proven ability to drive revenue through indirect or partner‑led sales models
Solid understanding of partner ecosystems and B2B sales processes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide strategy and decisions
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Proven experience working with cloud hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating partner solutions within their ecosystems.
