ABM Industries Maintenance/ Carpenter in Hiram, Ohio
Overview
ABM is looking for a Maintenance staff supports a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Maintenance staff will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a Supervisor. They will also keep track and report on supplies inventory. The Maintenance staff must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Days: Monday-Friday
Time: 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: 18.00 Hourly

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
