関連部署と連携をとりながら、品質、工程改善に注力して業務を進めることが主となります。
改善業務では主体となって活動して頂き、大小関わらずプロジェクトの推進も担って頂きます。

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
生産結果を定期的にレビューし、既存、新規製品の工程不良低減活動の推進
リーン生産方式や統計的手法を活用した理論的な改善プロセスの策案及び実行
6Sigma及びPDCA手法を用いた問題解決の実行とそれらをプロセス管理に定着させ安定化の推進
理論と実績に基づいた活動による、類似製品や新規製品への展開も見据えた業務の推進
3現主義を軸に製品、工程解析を行い、事実によるアクションの立案と遂行
解析装置を活用し、定量化による調査、判断の実施
改善活動におけるグローバルメンバーとのコミュニケーション（英語によるメール、会議）
Required Qualifications
関連部署、チームを率いた改善活動の経験
解析装置（センサー、画像解析装置他）を使用し定量的判断から改善を行う経験
品質を安定させる作業標準の手法・理解と経験
製品特性、設備特性を理解し、良品条件の作り込みや維持管理の経験
関連部署との円滑なコミュニケーション力
英語でのメール、会議のコミュニケーション経験
Desired Qualification
接着などの化学的加工知識、経験
医療機器製造・管理における品質、生産性向上経験・知識
工程管理（プロセスや作業による工程保証）の改善経験
実験計画法による、要因の追求、改善の経験
検査・判断をシーケンサーなどの機械判断を用いて行う経験
海外部門との英語での情報交換、改善のコミュニケーション経験
