Job Description Summary
GE HealthCare Japanでは、イメージング領域を中心とした医療機器（Class II / 一部Class III）の薬事業務をリードいただくLead Specialist, Regulatory Affairs を募集しています。
本ポジションは、単なる申請実務担当ではなく、製品ライフサイクル全体を俯瞰しながら、薬事の専門性で事業とチームを前に進める“実務リーダー” の役割です。
既存製品の安定的な変更管理・更新業務を軸にしつつ、近年拡大している SaMD（ソフトウェア医療機器）や新カテゴリ製品、M&A由来製品 にも関与いただきます。

Job Description
主な業務内容
① 薬事戦略・申請業務
• 日本市場向けの薬事戦略立案・助言
• Class II（中心）および一部Class III医療機器の：
o 変更管理
o 更新申請
o 新規承認申請
• SaMDを含む新カテゴリ製品の薬事対応
• 新しく又は変更された規制要件の理解、影響度確認及び対応
② クロスファンクショナル連携
• R&D、QA、Safety、Global RAとの連携
• グローバルからの変更依頼に対する規制影響アセスメント
• 必要情報・資料の収集および調整（主に英語メールで対応）
• 販促資料の規制の観点でのレビュー
• 安全管理情報のレビュー及び判定
• 必要時の内部外部QMS監査の支援
③ リード・専門家としての役割
• QMS更新、規格対応など横断テーマのリード
• COE（Center of Excellence）的立場で、他チームを薬事視点から支援
• PMDA等の規制当局対応（照会対応含む）
応募要件（Must）
• 日本における医療機器の薬事実務経験 5年以上
• Class II医療機器を自立して担当した経験
• 変更管理／更新業務をEnd-to-Endで推進した経験
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（申請書類作成・当局対応）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き＋実務メール対応、ProjectではSpeaking要）
歓迎要件（Nice to have）
• Class III医療機器やPMDA承認案件への関与経験（主担当でなくても可）
• SaMD（ソフトウェア医療機器）の申請または変更対応経験
• デバイス機器薬事に関する知識・経験
• QA／安全管理（GVP・GMP等）の知見
• グローバルチームとの協業経験
• 技術系またはSTEM系のバックグラウンド、科学または工学分野の学士号以上の学位
※Class III経験はMustではありませんが、理解・関与経験がある方は高く歓迎です。
