Temporary full time from 1/3/2026 - 10/31/2026 Employees will be required to prepare, maintain, and operate farming equipment/machinery, such as tractors, seeders, drills, plows, sprayers, combines, grain carts, etc, to top dress, plant, harvest, and haul small grains and pulse crops from the fields to the holding facilities. Employees will be required to operate blade/grader to eliminate water washouts that don't allow farm equipment to pass through the fields and roads. Employees will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations. Employees will not be operating any equipment or vehicles over the 26,001 lb. GVW weight limit. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing, along with basic facility maintenance/upkeep due to weather damage and everyday use. Increased wages and or bonus may be offered depending on experience. 2 months experience required.
