Company: BrightStar Care, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Location: Hilton Head Island Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Weekend Night Shift) Job Description: BrightStar Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a weekend night shift assignment at a facility in Hilton. This role is ideal for a dependable nurse who is comfortable working overnight and committed to providing high-quality patient care in a facility setting. Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders * Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in status * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Perform wound care as needed, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress * Assist with or manage tube feeding (enteral feeding) and related care when required * Communicate effectively with facility staff, patients, and families * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Ensure patient safety and follow all facility and BrightStar Care protocols Requirements: * Active LPN or RN license in good standing * Experience with wound care and/or tube feeding preferred * Previous nursing experience in a facility or similar healthcare setting is a plus * Strong clinical and patient assessment skills * Ability to reliably work 12-hour overnight shifts (7P–7A) on weekends * Professional, compassionate, and dependable What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Supportive clinical team * Opportunity to work with a respected home care and staffing organization * Consistent weekend night schedule How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume at Cody.Porras@brightstarcare.com Cole Porras - Recruitment Coordinator BrightStar Care - 843-837-3773
