Job Description
An Oregon based semiconductor equipment manufacturer is hiring for a Process Technician to support daily production operations within a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing equipment used in wafer processing. The Process Technician will follow detailed process instructions, respond to tool alarms, perform routine checks, and document results to support consistent product quality and throughput. This position works closely with engineers, equipment technicians, and manufacturing teams to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Process Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or similar role in semiconductor equipment or high‑tech manufacturing
• Hands‑on experience in thin film deposition or etch
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or manufacturing education is a plus
• Willingness to work a fixed shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, or overtime • Familiarity with wafer processing steps such as etch, deposition, cleaning, or lithography
• Experience responding to tool alarms and performing basic troubleshooting
• Exposure to SPC, data collection, or manufacturing metrics
Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field
