ND job order 924648 Temporary position from 3/12/2026 to 11/30/2026 Duties include driving and operating farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, spraying, and harvesting of crops. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags for "Falls Work" will include preparing the soil and fertilizing for the next year's planting season. They will haul materials, supplies, or crops to designated locations. Workers will haul grains, equipment, and input items such as fertilizer, seed, and supplies to storage and stockpiles on the farm or local elevators or designated locations. All items hauled will be the property of the Employer. There will be no commercial hauling. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team players when needed. Requirements: - Employees have valid driver's licenses or must obtain one within 30 days. - Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. - NO TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand, and speak English for record-keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level is required. - Must have 6 months of tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements. Operate and understand GPS and computerized monitors. Employees must have a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in the equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is forbidden and otherwise discouraged. No Educational level is required. Must have six months of tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements. Operate/understand GPS with computerized monitors.
