Job Description
The Service Technician will manage product returns and repairs, including inspection, testing, diagnostics, and documentation. Responsibilities also include inventory support, shipping/receiving, and communicating findings to quality and engineering teams. The role requires hands-on technical skills, effective communication, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Essential Skills
Hands-on experience with diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment.
Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems for documentation.
Ability to lift and stand as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Visual acuity including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus.
Ability to learn and apply new techniques.

Work Environment
This role is based in a shop area with exposure to chemicals, dust, and noise. Protective clothing and equipment may be required. The job involves physical activity, including lifting and standing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
