Schedule Requirement: Availability between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday; NO WEEKENDS
Travel: Must be comfortable traveling between office locations
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
Guide new patients through required paperwork and serve as a resource for any questions
Perform patient registration with accuracy and attention to detail
Complete insurance authorizations and verifications
Collect co‑pays and ensure accurate payment posting
Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Maintain professionalism while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service role
Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and patient communication
Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload efficiently
Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to work anywhere between 7 AM and 7 PM
Comfortable traveling between office locations as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
