Job Summary: DBA Palmer Cleaning Services
(Palmer & Palmer Residential Cleaning & Consultants, LLC) is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Lead Technician to support daily operations at a nursing home in Hilliard. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with trash take out
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Sweep and vacuum floors
- Perform other general housekeeping duties as assigned
Responsibilities - Lead and support housekeeping staff during daily operations - Perform cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces - Ensure all work meets health, safety, and sanitation standards - Assist with room turnovers, deep cleaning, and special projects - Communicate effectively with facility staff and leadership - Model professionalism, reliability, and customer-focused service
Qualifications - Previous housekeeping experience required (healthcare preferred) - Ability to lead by example and support team members - Strong attention to detail and time management - Must pass BCI/FBI background check (3721-121) - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
