Recman USA CNC Machinist in Hilliard, Ohio
We are a manufacturer making high end knives and looking for someone that pays close attention to detail and tight tolerances. This is a unique opportunity to get into a growing company at an early stage. We are looking for the following;
CNC operator, Swiss lathe operator, Surface grinder operator, CAD/CAM programmer, inspection, and as we grow, project management.
Must be able to:
Problem solve, work independently as well as with the team, and care about the product you're making.
Set-up close tolerances by studying drawings, samples, blueprints, and manuals.
Use Calipers, hand tools and other manual and power equipment.
Verify parts by using precision measuring instruments.
Change tooling in machines.
Be able to troubleshoot.
Documents actions by signing-off and completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the above mentioned skills.
Be a team player.
Be OK with a changing environment as we grow.
