Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support Sentinel s Acquisition Integration Branch as a Strategic Engagements Project Manager. Key aspects of this job will be tracking and coordinating tasks for the Branch and Division to include strategic communications, acquisition performance reports, risk management, and preparations for senior-level conferences and engagements with Sentinel stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include:
Planning and execution support to meet customer requirements supporting executive level engagements, to include stakeholder management, presentation content development and consolidation, and action item management
Provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system throughout engineering development, deployment, and sustainment
Shape the quality and performance of program management products from across the System Program Office and associated functional areas
Help educate and equip the government customer to acquire, operate, and maintain an entire weapon system-of-systems

Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status. This position is only located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, due to the special-access classified working environment and is not conducive to remote schedules.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
7 years of relevant experience; 5 years with a master s degree
Strong organizational skills (understand project requirements, coordinate resources, and direct projects)
Proficiency in communicating effectively across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and communications platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
Exceptional customer relations and engagement skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Ability to manage change in a dynamic and evolving program environment, leverage best practices, and innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude
Experience supporting military or industry executive-level leaders (e.g. executive officer, CAG/DAG action officer, MAJCOM action officer)
Previous experience with military organizations and government acquisition programs
Previous experience with risk management
Ability to support various process improvement and solution implementation projects
Innovator with continuous improvement mindset
Current Top Secret security clearance
ICBM experience a plus
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
