BAE Systems Engineer I - ICBM Re-Entry System / Re-Entry Vehicle in Hill AFB, Utah
Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to work with the Re-entry Systems / Re-entry Vehicle of Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM).
Applies mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering discipline for the sustainment of the MM III missile and corresponding support equipment, test stations, processes, and materials.
Performs trades studies, integration engineering, review of technical data packages, failure analysis, and trend projection.
Support government and BAE Systems leadership for program management and engineering to ensure the health of the MM III Weapon System.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
ABET accredited BS/MS in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
0-2 yrs of engineering experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Familiarity with systems engineering processes
Familiarity with technical data packages
Experience in modeling and/or simulation software
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
ICBM experience, especially RS/RV specific
Reentry, Guidance and Navigation, Inertial Measurement, Propulsion, Ordnance, and/or battery technology experience.
ICBM Field Maintenance

Configuration management
Logistical Analysis

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59023 - $100339
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
