Join BAE Systems' as an Infrastructure Acquisitions Program Manager, to be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who solves some of the world's most complex technical challenges directly supporting national security! The role supports the 'Sentinel' Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Program replacing the aging Minuteman III (MMIII) ICBM. The position will be based at Hill AFB, Utah with opportunity for travel to sites as needed. Our team is on the cutting edge of some of the newest digital engineering tools and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to meet existing warfighter requirements. As part of these contracts, BAE Systems provides Advisory and Assistance Services in the areas of engineering, logistics, management, scientific analysis, and other subject matter expertise to augment and optimize management of these critical programs.

The Role
BAE Systems is looking for a Program Manager to lead a small team of project managers and engineers supporting the governments acquisition of infrastructure design and construction for the Sentinel ICBM program.
The Program Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture that aligns with and contributes to the overall acquisition team's culture and goals. This includes conflict management, change management, effective communication, and strong leadership to achieve the program vision and schedule. The Program Manager will also lead technical projects, working groups, and technical discussions, as necessary, to support infrastructure acquisition efforts and in accordance with government directives and requirements.
The Program Manager will be responsible for document development, meeting organization, coordination across multiple organizations, interface with scheduling, coordination and oversight of work, interface with financial & contracting personnel, and monthly deliverables to the government.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Program Manager will be responsible for:
Managing program schedules, milestones, and resources
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulations
Coordinating with stakeholders, including senior management and government stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating program risks
Managing and resolving program issues and conflicts
Additional Key Responsibilities
Contract management: facilitating modifications and ensuring compliance
Workload management: overseeing BAE workload and allocating program resources
Provide status updates/reports to senior management and government stakeholders
Provide data management by ensuring quality control and management

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
BS degree in a engineering/program management or related field
10 year of experience in Project/Program Management
Experience with ICBMs and working with multiple government agencies
Experience working in and leading a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
US Citizen able to obtain a security clearance with ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Active Secret (or higher) security clearance, with Special Access Program (SAP) access
Experience working with/for Air Force leaders, understanding the military cultural norms and standards
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Master's degree in Management or related Field
Understand comprehensive logistics & management activities
Experience with Government project management software (JIRA, TMT, Confluence, SharePoint)
Experience with Organizational Change Management
Experience with vertical construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
