Responsibilities
Conduct daily food safety and quality inspections across production areas.
Monitor compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMP, and company standards.
Perform documentation, verification, and reporting of quality findings.
Identify non-conformance issues and support corrective actions.
Assist with audits, sampling, testing, and process checks.
Communicate safety and quality expectations to employees at all levels.
Provide guidance and support to Spanish-speaking production staff as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure traceability requirements are met.
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish is required.
