Location: 9051 SSG Chris Falkel Dr, Suite 400, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 Schedule: No nights, weekends, or holidays

Surgery Center of Highlands Ranch, our new state‑of‑the‑art, multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center is expanding, and we’re actively hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high‑performing surgical team.
We are proud to be the only ASC in Colorado equipped with a DaVinci XI Surgical System, and we are preparing to move into a larger facility to support our continued growth.

What You’ll Do
As an Operating Room RN, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high‑quality perioperative care in a diverse surgical setting. Responsibilities include:
Circulating in a multi‑specialty OR, including robotics, orthopedics, urology, ENT, general surgery, and more.
Ensuring exceptional patient safety, readiness, and experience throughout the perioperative process.
Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical teammates.
Supporting efficient surgical workflows in a dynamic, growth‑oriented ASC setting.
What We’re Looking For
Current Colorado or compact-state RN license
1+ year of Operating Room experience required
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred
BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Must be completed within 90 days of employment if not already certified
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Must be completed within 90 days of employment or proof of current certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required if pediatric care is included in the facility’s scope
Must be completed within 90 days of employment or proof of current certification
CNOR or specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing preferred
USD $30.00/Hr. USD $45.00/Hr.
