Description
Our client is looking for a dedicated Client Services Associate to join their team in Deerfield, Illinois. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to foster relationships. This position offers a salary of $55,000-$58,000 + bonus + health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and it is on-site 4 days, and Fridays are work from home.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between physician-clients, their staff, and patients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Coordinate and oversee operational processes, including planning, implementing, and analyzing project outcomes.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials by collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, and printers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Track project progress and report on successes and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or liaison role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in marketing or working with creative professionals is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting project outcomes.
• Commitment to providing superior customer service in all interactions.
