Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (4 Openings)

? Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Looking for steady 1st‑shift hours and long weekends every week? We’re hiring 4 Assembly Technicians to support the assembly of light fixtures in a clean, organized, lean‑manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for detail‑oriented candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, following clear processes, and being part of a collaborative production team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assemble light fixture components using standardized work instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery accurately and efficiently
Meet production standard times while maintaining quality
Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve workflow
Perform ERP system transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Assist with hands‑on training for coworkers as needed
What We’re Looking For
Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
