The Opportunity:
CACI’s Enterprise IT (EIT) Sector, is seeking a Project Manager in support of an Air Force Modernization program. You will support the Program Manager to coordinate all facets of on-site execution and personnel management across CONUS installations. This role is essential for delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes the Air Force installation.
Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision you will lead infrastructure modernization engineering / installation efforts in multiple locations simultaneously with ability to accommodate multiple time zones.
Manage installation teams consisting of Engineers, Technicians and Sub-Contractor labor in the execution of installations ensuring project scope and schedule are maintained and costs are within budget.
Develop and present appropriate presentation materials for customer meetings as required.Plan, coordinate and lead customer meetings.
Create, review, track and deliver contract deliverables as required by the PWS / SOW
Develop and Implement process improvements to increase work efficiency, product quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Facilitate the compiling and analysis of lessons learned to develop continuous process improvement with an emphasis on improving efficiencies, lowering risks, reducing overall costs and improving customer satisfaction of future projects.
Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applications and other Project Manager software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on all projects of responsibility
Travel to other CACI Locations, Customer Sites for survey and implementation oversight
Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related work experience (HS diploma/associate degree with 10+ years performing as a manager supporting large, complex DoD networks may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree)
Direct experience managing Air Force Base Area Networks
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), to include MS Project
Project Management Institute PMP certification
Desired:
- 3+ years of experience managing telecommunications and/or data center projects

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,100 - $147,400
