ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative, Bilingual in High Point, North Carolina

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Order Processing and Customer Relations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative, Bilingual

Location: High Point, NC

Pay Range: Pay rate $25.16

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely order handling and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Support the order to cash process by collaborating with third-party collection agencies to resolve payment issues.

  • Initiate and track product setup requests, escalating urgent requirements as needed.

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.

  • Provide price quotations and support sales targets by offering product and specification recommendations.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

  • Proven bilingual communication skills in French and English , both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
