ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative, Bilingual in High Point, North Carolina
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Order Processing and Customer Relations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative, Bilingual
Location: High Point, NC
Pay Range: Pay rate $25.16
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely order handling and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Support the order to cash process by collaborating with third-party collection agencies to resolve payment issues.
Initiate and track product setup requests, escalating urgent requirements as needed.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.
Provide price quotations and support sales targets by offering product and specification recommendations.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
Proven bilingual communication skills in French and English , both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
