＜Basic Purpose of the job＞
- 担当領域内における目標を達成するために、経験的知識や技能をもって業務を遂行し、成果を導き出す。
＜Accountabilities＞
担当領域（工程、ライン、試験・分析、エリア等）において、定められた手順で業務を遂行し、要求を満足させることが求められる。（安全・衛生・品質・納期・コスト）
異常・逸脱発生時は、担当領域において原因分析を行い、是正確定後は、指示事項及びSOPに従い処理することが求められる。
GMP関連書類（ルーチンの生産・QMSに関連した書類）を正確に作成することが求められる。
担当領域におけるSOPの定期改訂及び新規SOPの素案を作成することが求められる。
資産の維持管理が求められる。（整備・清掃・在庫管理）
業務改善やBPEを推進することが求められる。
ローカルプロジェクトに参画し技術的なサポートを行うことが求められる。
他者に対して技術的指導を行うことが求められる。
＜Required Education＞
医薬品固形製剤の製造経験者
高等学校卒もしくは同等の能力と経験を有する者
＜Required Skills＞
優れた対人スキル
医薬品の製造管理に関する知識
医薬品固形製剤の製造工程に関する知識
＜Special Work Experience＞
- 医薬品の製造部門及び製品に関する実務経験 3年以上（多少短くても可）
＜Language Skills＞
Japanese – Native あるいは Fluent
English – 英語を使用したコミュニケーションは求められないが、アレルギーの無い程度であることは要件となる
