Boehringer Ingelheim Quality Process/System Expert | Staff ~ Non-line Mgr | Quality Operation Dev, Yamagata Plant | GBS in Higashine, Japan

Basic purpose of the job

  • Deliver the successful project goal, including hyper care of global standard system deployment (SAP S4/HANA) in Quality area of pharmaceutical manufacturing following all Quality & cGMP standards

  • Establish system and operation robustness as a system key user after deployment

  • Realize continuous business efficiency improvement by maximizing deployed system capability

  • Foster digitalization in the HP Supply Japan organization

Accountabilities

  • Deploy global standard system (SAP S4/HANA) as a project member

  • Organize and/or provides trainings users

  • Drive demand and change management regarding systems (e.g. new requirements, bug fixes and CAPA)

  • Ensure system and operational robustness

  • Continuous exchange with end users to realize future improvement of global template/system set-up as a system key user

  • Initiate and promote the digitalization within the organization

  • Foster communication and support cultural change towards digitalized processes

Required Skills

Knowledge

  • Pharmaceutical production process and/or analysis

  • (Preferrable)ERP/LIMS Implementation experience (Project lead or Key User/ Super User)

  • (Preferrable)Equipment/Computer System validation experience

Skills

  • Collaboration/teamwork among cross functional teams

  • Coordination

  • Fast learner, desire for improvement

Required Education

Degree / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience

Major / Focus

  • Background in business administrations, IT system, pharmaceutical science, engineering, production knowledge, material management, mathematics/statistics or the equivalent in experience

Language Skills & Proficiency

  • Advanced level in English

  • Advanced level in Japanese(preferrable)
