Basic purpose of the job
Deliver the successful project goal, including hyper care of global standard system deployment (SAP S4/HANA) in Quality area of pharmaceutical manufacturing following all Quality & cGMP standards
Establish system and operation robustness as a system key user after deployment
Realize continuous business efficiency improvement by maximizing deployed system capability
Foster digitalization in the HP Supply Japan organization
Accountabilities
Deploy global standard system (SAP S4/HANA) as a project member
Organize and/or provides trainings users
Drive demand and change management regarding systems (e.g. new requirements, bug fixes and CAPA)
Ensure system and operational robustness
Continuous exchange with end users to realize future improvement of global template/system set-up as a system key user
Initiate and promote the digitalization within the organization
Foster communication and support cultural change towards digitalized processes
Required Skills
Knowledge
Pharmaceutical production process and/or analysis
(Preferrable)ERP/LIMS Implementation experience (Project lead or Key User/ Super User)
(Preferrable)Equipment/Computer System validation experience

Required Education
Degree / Education
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
Major / Focus
- Background in business administrations, IT system, pharmaceutical science, engineering, production knowledge, material management, mathematics/statistics or the equivalent in experience
Language Skills & Proficiency
Advanced level in English
Advanced level in Japanese(preferrable)
