ManpowerGroup Groundskeeper Associate (Part-time) in Hickory, North Carolina
Groundskeeper / Maintenance Associate – $16.50–$17/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Flexible 20 hours/week
Work 3 or 5 days per week — your choice
Must maintain a consistent weekly schedule
Work must be completed before dark

What will you be doing?
Maintain grounds including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and general upkeep
Support light maintenance tasks such as reading meters and assisting with small repairs
On rare occasion, help with unit turnovers including clean-outs and preparation for new residents
Respond to work orders and assist with basic upkeep of the community
Support the maintenance supervisor with plumbing tasks such as identifying leaks or replacing simple fixtures in the residential office
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
Experience in landscaping, general labor, or property maintenance preferred
Ability to operate lawn equipment
Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply but not required
