What Youll Do as a Manufacturing Associate:
- Precision Assembly:Use small hand tools and epoxies to build fiber optic components.
- High-Tech Operations:Monitor molding robots and use automated cleaning/polishing equipment.
- Quality Inspection:Use microscopes and digital gauges to ensure parts are perfect.
- Data Entry:Log your progress into a simple computer system to track your team's success.
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- No Fiber Optic experience?No problem.If you have a background in jewelry making, electronics repair, pharmacy tech work, or high-end food prep, you likely have the steady hand and eye for detail we are looking for.
- Paid training for candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to read and understand English
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong hand-eye coordination (if you enjoy jewelry making, sewing, or building PCs, youll love it here)
- Comfortable with basic math (reading a ruler or converting simple measurements)
- Ability to stay focused on detailed tasks and have a "quality-first" mindset.
- Ability to stand/sit for the entire shift and lift up to 10 lbs.
