Position Overview
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Highlights Healthcare, you will:
Mentor BCBAs and trainees in caregiver collaboration, assessments, and behavior/skill acquisition plans.
Provide individual and group supervision per BACB Experience Standards.
Monitor the effectiveness of ABA interventions and conduct FBA/FA assessments.
Supervise ABA Behavior Technicians and create individualized behavior plans.
Lead projects to enhance client outcomes, employee performance, and satisfaction.
Support quality initiatives to improve referral source engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant state, federal, and insurance regulations.
Promote the growth of Highlights Healthcare and support new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Master's degree in ABA or related field
Current BCBA certification (BACB)
Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience, including supervision of trainees
Skilled in developing and implementing ABA intervention programs
Strong professionalism and ability to manage priorities independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record platforms (e.g., Central Reach)
Must pass background/fingerprint checks per state and program requirements
