?️ What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll help build high‑quality products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Lifting parts (up to 50 lbs) onto the assembly line
Using a hoist for heavier components
Following step‑by‑step instructions displayed on a computer screen
Operating basic hand tools such as:
Air rivet guns
Battery‑powered drills
Other general assembly tools
Performing repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy
Ensuring parts are installed correctly and consistently
✔️ What You Need
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
Mechanical aptitude
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to follow on‑screen instructions and work in a repetitive process

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hiawatha, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
