Job Title: Production Plant Supervisor
Location: Hialeah, FL
Pay Range: 65-75K
Shift: 2nd shift - Mon-Fri 3:30pm-midnight, 10-12 hour shifts, some Saturdays
What's the Job?
Direct, coordinate, and manage the manufacturing and shipping processes to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure company assets and the physical plant are secure, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
Lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Implement and oversee safety education and processes in accordance with corporate policies.
Monitor and report on production, time, and material usage to meet organizational goals.
What's Needed?
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and factory layouts accurately.
Proficiency in measuring tools such as tape measures and understanding measurement calculations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple issues concurrently.
Knowledge of equipment design, capabilities, and production specifications.
Excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills, including coaching, conflict resolution, and motivational techniques.
