Paving Machine Operator e paving process by operating the paver to ensure smooth, even application. Requirements: Proven experience operating a paving machine; ability to maintain consistent grade and thickness; knowledge of asphalt temperatures and mat quality. 2. Roller Operator Role: Operate rollers to compact asphalt or sub-base materials. Requirements: Experience with finish rolling and compaction patterns; ability to achieve required density without damaging the mat. 3. Skid Steer / Backhoe Role: Operate a skid steer for site prep, loading materials, and cleanup. Requirements: Proficiency in operating a Bobcat or similar skid steer. 4. General Laborers Role: Assist with raking, shoveling, site prep, and general support for the paving crew. Requirements: Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to lift 50+ lbs.; strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
