Under the direction of the Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for performing routine daily processing duties. Promotes business for the Bank by serving every customer in a friendly, efficient manner.
Position location- 114 W Monroe St. Herrin, IL
Skills Required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of loan documents & loan process is preferred. Basic knowledge of bank accounting practices includes the understanding of debit/credit relationships; math skills to calculate interest, balance accounts and locate routine mathematical errors.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Proficient use of adding machine.
- Attention to Detail & Accuracy a must.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to gain working knowledge and understanding of principles, procedures, requirements, regulations and policies related to assigned areas.
- Ability to display initiative to independently learn and apply skills to improve errors and overall servicing quality.
Travel is required to other locations to fulfill this position.
