We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to join our technology-based program supporting a key functional program area providing full lifecycle engineering support for systems monitoring and applications management services that provide systems alerts, including monitoring for enterprise system performance and availability and providing guidance and engineering for upgrades, systems modifications, and updates. The functional area also provides operational support for applications deployed across the sponsor's enterprise, including release management configuration management and data analysis.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

We are looking for and ITPM with a minimum of 16 years' experience with A Bachelor's or Master s Degree with the following experience:

  • Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMI PMP)

  • Proven experience as a Agile ITPM within a organization with Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, Software Development, Security, and Close Support

  • Experience using Lean Agile, setting up ESP/Service Now projects, and facilitating division and branch level sprint planning

  • Ability to monitor multiple projects, identify risks, and communicate effectively to customers, stakeholders, and project teams

  • Outstanding communication skills, articulating complex issues to various audiences

  • Experience leading and managing enterprise-level projects using Project Management Framework (PMF) or Lean Agile

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities, and identify programmatic challenges and mitigation strategies

  • Experience leading infrastructure engineering projects using Agile methodology and recommending changes for project success

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • PMP, Agile, ITIL or other related Certifications

  • Quality processes including ISO, Six Sigma, CMMi

  • Knowledge in the entire development system life cycle

  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies

  • Creating and managing a shared pool of internal and subcontract resources

  • Experience working with the government

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
