Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Total Rewards teams develop, implement and evaluate Total Rewards programs, tools and initiatives (e.g., wage and salary administration, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluation, global mobility, executive compensation and health, life and retirement benefits) in the context of TE's internal and external environment to attract, retain and motivate employees. They administer and communicate the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements and assist employees with benefit claim administration inquiries. They implement and execute mobility programs and services supporting employee short- and long-term transfers, assignments, country entry and domestic or international relocation. In addition, the Total Rewards team analyzes Total Reward cost containment strategies and make recommendations for improvement/enhancement as appropriate. They also ensure company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices and stay current with laws, regulations and procedures governing international mobility and immigration.
What your background should look like:
Responsible for coordination of appropriate compensation and benefits surveys in partnership with the broader Total Rewards function
Support country HR and Business HR in all Total Rewards topics
Analyse and make recommendations regarding the Americas region market reference points
Analyse and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programs
Assist in the implementation of base pay, incentive programs and benefits programs
Evaluate and recommend levelling of jobs
Assist in the education of HR on annual compensation planning, incentives, compensation offers, and global job framework
Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labour market and internal equity
Analyse and forecast the cost of compensation and benefits programs
Support the creation of total rewards communications and training
Support the policy review and insurance renewals
REQUIREMENTS
Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration
5 years of experience in Compensation& Benefits
Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
Knowledge Fiscal & Labor Legal regulation
General understanding of global survey providers (interpretation/participation)
Solid analytics skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
US/South America and/or Costa Rica experience preferred
