Health Advocates Network Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory in Hermiston, Oregon
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist * to work at a facility in *Hermiston , OR. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $61.29 / hour
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a * *Respiratory Therapist
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date credentials in the state of OR
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Assess patients with breathing or lung problems
Administer oxygen therapy and breathing treatments
Operate and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment
Perform pulmonary function tests and monitor lung function
Assist with airway management and suctioning
Monitor patient progress and report changes
Educate patients on breathing exercises and inhaler use
Respond to respiratory emergencies
Document treatments and patient care
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
