Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape Lawn Maintenance Foreman in Hermantown, Minnesota

Job Duties

Leadership and Team Management:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Lawn Maintenance crew.

Train, mentor, and ensure the safety of team members.

Monitor team performance and productivity.

Lawn Care and Maintenance:

Plan and execute mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weeding schedules.

Ensure proper care of lawns, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.

Identify and resolve issues related to pest control, disease, or irrigation.

Equipment and Tools Management:

Operate and oversee the use of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Maintain an inventory of tools and materials.

Customer Service and Quality Control:

Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company and client standards.

Document and report work progress and site conditions.

Planning and Scheduling:

Develop daily and weekly schedules for the team.

Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.

Keep schedules on the established timeline.

Adjust plans based on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company safety protocols and industry standards.

Conduct safety briefings and monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
