Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Utilize Customer Voice skills to gather feedback and improve service quality.

  • Analyze data using MS Excel to generate reports that support decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Procure to Pay

  • Procurement processes.

  • Enhance user experience by implementing feedback and innovative solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist in the creation of user-friendly documentation and guides.

Qualifications

Certifications Required
