Job Summary

The SPE-Policy Servicing role requires a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts utilizing their expertise in MS Office to enhance policy servicing processes. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing tasks efficiently to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery

  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy documentation and reports

  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues

  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention

  • Monitor and report on policy servicing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new servicing procedures and systems

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry changes and best practices

  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through proactive engagement

  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality policy servicing that impacts society positively

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and transactions

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to perform daily tasks effectively

  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in Life and Annuities Insurance to manage policy servicing

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English for clear and concise interaction

  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Display attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation
