Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing life and annuities insurance policies. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency you will ensure seamless policy administration while collaborating with various departments. Your expertise in MS Office and insurance domain knowledge will drive operational excellence. This is an On-site opportunity in Heredia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the administration of life and annuities insurance policies to ensure accurate and timely processing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve policy-related queries and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records ensuring data integrity and compliance

  • Analyze policy documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures

  • Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their policy servicing needs and inquiries

  • Coordinate with underwriters and claims departments to facilitate smooth policy operations

  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize policy servicing workflows

  • Conduct regular audits of policy records to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Prepare detailed reports on policy servicing activities and present findings to management

  • Assist in training new team members on policy servicing procedures and best practices

  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the team informed and compliant

  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance domain knowledge and technical skills

  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality policy servicing that positively impacts customer experience. Qualifications

Qualification

  • 0-6 months of experience in Customer Service positions.

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of life and annuities insurance products and services

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken

  • Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in policy documentation and data entry

  • Show ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex policy issues

  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
