Job Summary

Responsibilities
Manage and process life and annuities insurance policies efficiently to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve policy-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide policy information and address inquiries
Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Implement best practices in policy servicing to optimize workflow and reduce errors
Support the development and execution of policy servicing strategies to align with business objectives
Provide training and guidance to team members on policy servicing processes and tools
Monitor policy servicing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all policy servicing activities
Contribute to the development of policy servicing documentation and standard operating procedures
Participate in policy servicing projects to drive innovation and efficiency
Foster a collaborative work environment to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications
0 to 11 Months of experience.
Intermediate English
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage policy documentation effectively
Exhibit strong domain knowledge in life and annuities insurance to provide expert policy servicing
Possess excellent communication skills in English to interact with stakeholders and team members
Show ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization
Display attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing tasks
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address policy-related challenges
