Job Summary
This customer service role involves managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires strong communication skills in English and a commitment to working from the office during day shifts. The role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Manage policy servicing processes to ensure efficient operations within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
Utilize MS Office tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity in policy servicing tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.
Provide expert guidance on policy servicing matters to internal stakeholders.
Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation for policy servicing procedures and best practices.
