Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative role focuses on enhancing policy servicing processes within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office to streamline operations ensuring efficient policy management. This position offers an onsite model with day shifts requiring proficiency in English for effective communication.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize policy servicing workflows within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain
Utilize MS Office tools to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for policy servicing processes
Analyze existing policy servicing procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on MS Office applications to facilitate seamless operations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all policy servicing activities
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through effective policy management
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to policy servicing to drive continuous improvement
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of policy servicing best practices
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address policy servicing inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Support the development of new policy servicing initiatives that align with company goals and objectives
Conduct regular audits of policy servicing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Life and Annuities Insurance to inform policy servicing strategies
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance policy servicing capabilities
Qualifications
Advanced English
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint to support policy servicing tasks
Possess in-depth knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance to effectively manage policy servicing processes
Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess and improve policy servicing workflows
Showcase excellent communication skills in English to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively
Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving policy servicing challenges
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in policy servicing within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain
Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity
Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the insurance sector
Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple policy servicing tasks efficiently.
