Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes within the Procure to Pay domain ensuring efficient procurement operations.
Utilize your expertise in user experience to enhance service delivery and improve customer interactions.
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Analyze customer service metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the team in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance your customer service skills.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes by providing insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer service activities.
Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone email and chat to provide timely assistance.
Work closely with procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service and procurement processes.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in customer service techniques and possess strong communication skills.
Have experience in Procure to Pay processes with a focus on procurement operations.
Exhibit a keen understanding of user experience principles and their application in customer service.

Certifications Required
Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) ITIL Foundation Certification
