Overview
Senior-level production leader responsible for driving creative program delivery for a key automotive client in Mexico. This role combines strong project management expertise with client-facing leadership and relationship management. Acts as a production partner, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams while building trust, maintaining quality standards, and enabling predictable execution across integrated onshore and nearshore workstreams.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Producer will serve as the primary Mexico-based website production lead supporting a high-profile automotive client. This is a hybrid role combining:
Creative Project Management
Client-facing leadership and relationship building
Cross-functional project management
Primary liaison between internal teams and clients
The role is designed to strengthen client proximity, increase face time, build trust, and ensure sustained, reliable delivery. This position executes on the structure and consistency required to manage growing workflow complexity while protecting long-term business stability and revenue.
This is a web project management role.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Act as the primary day-to-day production contact for Mexico-based stakeholders. – On the requirements overview and explanation and QA side of project delivery.
Build and rebuild trusted relationships with brand and marketing team.
Work directly with clients, on client´s office.
Provide clear, proactive communication and daily status updates.
Confidently present production plans and timelines, and status reports to senior stakeholders.
Creative Program & Production Oversight
Previous experience on multiple digital channels.
Ensure alignment between project management, creative content authoring and QA.
Oversee production workflow from briefing to final asset delivery.
Maintain quality standards and delivery predictability.
Anticipate risks and remove obstacles threatening timeline, scope, or quality.
Partner closely with onshore and nearshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Operational Excellence
Support structure, cadence, and governance.
Help drive prioritization across multiple sprints and projects.
Track scope and deliverables.
Lead status meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project and client management. Preferably in the web/digital context.
Strong experience in client management.
Proven experience planning, managing, organizing, prioritizing deliverables and client requests.
Strong communication skills to both internal team and client team.
Experience working with automotive or large enterprise brands preferred.
Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments.
Experience working in hybrid onshore/offshore or nearshore models.
Comfortable navigating challenging client dynamics and recovery situations.
Confident presence and presentation skills.
Experience with Hybrid project management methodologies, preferred but applied within creative environments.
