Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with +5 years of technical expertise in SAP administration, performance optimization, and landscape management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across SAP ECC/S4HANA, BW, PO, Solution Manager, databases, and cloud platforms, along with working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration and support. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex SAP environments, resolve critical issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required technical and professional expertise
Configure and manage SAP BIB for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration.
Handle bidirectional interfaces for data replication and migration between SF and HCM.
Create mapping sheets and develop logic for integration scenarios.
Work with ABAP developers and functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
Understand Employee Central (EC) and related prerequisites for integration.
Provide guidance on configuration and functional aspects of HCM and SF.
