Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP FIN FI, you will implement and configure SAP FIN FI solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and provide trusted business advice. You will utilize business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP FIN FI solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality results. • Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations. • Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, leveraging knowledge of SAP FIN FI and working with the latest technologies. • Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work directly with clients and team members to build trust and deliver project goals, embodying IBM core values. • Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Ensure successful project delivery by utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise.

Required technical and professional expertise

SAP FIN FI Solution Design & Configuration

• The role must demonstrate hands-on expertise in designing and configuring SAP FIN FI solutions that align with defined business requirements.

• The solution shall ensure successful project delivery with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance with SAP best practices.

Business Requirements Analysis

• The role must be able to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Proposed solutions shall directly address documented business needs and validated client expectations

Techno-Functional Solution Development

• The role must leverage strong SAP FIN FI functional knowledge combined with relevant technical capabilities.

• The individual shall utilize current SAP technologies and tools to design and implement end‑to‑end, scalable solutions.

Solution Integration

• The role must effectively integrate SAP FIN FI solutions with other packaged or enterprise systems.

• Integration efforts shall be guided by industry knowledge, standard business processes, and techno-functional best practices.

• The role must lead and contribute to project delivery activities, ensuring milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.

• The individual shall collaborate directly with clients and cross‑functional teams to drive successful outcomes and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Industry Knowledge: Experience with industry-specific business processes and practices related to SAP FIN FI solutions, enabling effective integration of packaged technology solutions. • Latest Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with the latest technologies used in SAP FIN FI solutions, allowing for the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions. • Business Process Acumen: Experience with business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and meet client expectations.
