DESCRIPTION:
Rush-Henrietta is seeking reliable and conscientious daily substitute teachers for both the elementary and secondary levels. Work as a substitute teacher in a variety of
school buildings; implement daily lesson plans with fidelity; develop a rapport with students that fosters academic engagement and appropriate behavior in a culturally
responsive manner. Prior teaching experience is not required.
SALARY:
$130 / $140 per day, based on experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree or completion of student teaching is preferredbut applicants with bachelor's credits earned will be considered with an interview with the Assistant
Superintendent for Human Resources. Teaching experience and/or certification is preferred but not required. Rush-Henrietta is seeking substitutes for all subject areas, but
these areas are especially needed:
Elementary Education
Secondary Math and Science
Special Education (K-12)
Art, Music, Physical Education, Technology, and World Languages
