Eaton's Electrical division is seeking a Customer Care & Sales Coordination Services to join the team in Hengelo, Netherland.
What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Coordination Specialist to strengthen our PD Services organization. In this role, you are the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the service lifecycle.
You will act as the link between customers, Tender & Order Management, and Service Planning, combining strong communication skills with commercial awareness and service mindset. Your focus is on customer satisfaction, coordination, and continuity, ensuring that customer requests are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be part of Tendering & Ordermanagement Team PD Services.
In this role, customer contact and coordination are at the heart of everything you do.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding PD Service requests, contracts, and spares
• Maintain frequent and professional communication with external customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate service requests between customers, Tender & Order Management, and Service Planning
• Support the preparation, follow up, and coordination of service quotations and orders
• Monitor order and service progress, proactively informing customers about status, planning, and changes
• Ensure accurate handover of customer requirements to internal teams
• Support resolution of customer questions or issues by aligning with the appropriate internal functions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer care processes and ways of working
• Ensure compliance with Eaton processes, quality standards, and customer commitments
Qualifications:
• Experience within a service organization or industrial / electrical environment - nice to have
• Experience in a commercial, technical, or business related field - nice to have
• Min. 3 - 5 years of experience in customer care, sales coordination, service support, or order management
Skills:
• Strong customer focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic service environment
• Commercial awareness and structured way of working
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Medium & Low Voltage products and service activities - nice to have
• Experience working with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
• Additional European language skills
