ManpowerGroup QA Document Control Specialist in Hendersonville, North Carolina
Our client, a leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a QA Document Control Specialist to join their team. As a QA Document Control Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting documentation management and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QA Document Control Specialist
What's the Job?
Process and track quality documentation, including change control requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage and maintain quality documents, preparing and processing revisions for approval.
Assist with external partner audits and regulatory inspections to ensure compliance.
Retain and organize all quality-related documents in both hard copy and electronic formats.
Support file migrations, audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed, including taste testing products when required.
What's Needed?
PCQI Certification or the ability to attain it.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with database management, with QAD experience being a plus.
Ability to conduct basic laboratory tests and perform administrative duties efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude.
