We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for product movement, picking, inventory handling, and supporting daily workflow needs across departments. Associates will work with scanners or paper-based work orders and must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining strong accuracy and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform basic to advanced product picking based on work instructions
• Pull and stage materials for daily production needs
• Use handheld scanners or paper pick tickets to locate and move items
• Assist with inventory organization and replenishment
• Escalate missing parts or discrepancies to leads or supervisors
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines
• Support additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using RF scanners or paper work orders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30–40 lbs
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools
• Comfortable working in a production or warehouse setting
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with inventory systems or scanners
• Previous material handling or order-picking experience

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
