Job Description:
Develop and implement outreach and education strategies to improve quality of community programs among individuals with variety of developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities. Provide assessment of health service needed with attention to the vital statistics and health status of specific groups that are at higher risk than the total population. Plan and manage outreach health programs to advocate for increased health awareness among young women at risk for or affected by various health conditions. Collect data and share findings with affected community members. Plan marketing campaigns including printed materials, online social media platforms and video productions while adhering to the highest standards of health literacy, cultural and linguistic aspects. Collaborate with community health care providers to raise awareness about available programs. Compile and submit monthly reports and evaluate the effectiveness of an organizations social service programs and outreach and education strategies. Handle administrative matters and ensure that all program activities are implemented in accordance with established policies and procedures as well as grant requirements. Requirements: Master Degree in public health or social work, psychology, mental counseling, or a closely related discipline + 6ms. exp. required.
