Purpose of the Position: This position exists to oversee and provide supervision to the facilities maintenance team, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of facility systems and equipment. The Facilities Maintenance Team Leader will utilize their facilities maintenance expertise to partner with various departments to support operational goals, ensure PM compliance, and work is being done safely. A high focus for this role is skilled craft supervision, assisting the Facility Manager with proactively addressing facilities-related challenges, and facility project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance operations:

``` - - Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks effectively.
